GENERAL CONDITIONS

Returns can be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

The exchange will be processed once our team verifies that the returned goods are in the same condition as when shipped: new, with original tags and packaging, and free from signs of use, wear, or washing.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

1 - ITEM EXCHANGE OR RETURN

In case of an exchange request, we will collect the item to be returned and send you a coupon of equal value to the amount spent.

2 - ITEM RETURN PROCESS

Get the package ready using a new shipping bag or the original one, remove the initial document and/or any shipping labels. Make sure to seal it securely with packaging tape.

3 - CREATE A RETURN TICKET

Log-in to your personal area, go to the order list, and click on the “OPEN TICKET” button for the order you wish to return (accessible here: www.propagandaclothing.it/en/my-account/orders/). Fill out the form on the same page with your request and submit the ticket: you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will respond as soon as possible.
The service is available Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM CET (Central European Time)

4 - SHIP THE PACKAGE.

We invite you to ship the prepared package independently in a secure and timely manner to:

Once the package arrives at our warehouse and is checked by our staff we will send you a promotional code for the same value as the returned item.

Please note that this procedure can be carried out only once.
