This policy describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of Users who consult it, as well as the data processing practices transmitted by the data subject to the Data Controller through this site.

In compliance with Articles 13 (for data collected from the data subject) and 14 (for data not collected from the data subject) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the following information is rendered to the Users of this Website, which refers exclusively to the processing carried out through said Website and not through other websites that may be visited through links from this one, for which it is suggested that they read the relevant disclosures made by the respective Data Controllers.

This Web Site and any services offered through the Web Site are reserved for individuals who have reached the age of eighteen years. Therefore, the Data Controller does not collect personal data relating to individuals under the age of 18. Upon the request of such Users, the Data Controller will promptly delete all personal data involuntarily collected from them.

AQUA Srl with registered office in Via Giovanni Amendola n. 166/5 70126 Bari, P.IVA 07841470722 (hereinafter also AQUA or “Owner”), as the owner of the processing of personal data of the users of the site propagandaclothing.it (hereinafter, “Users”) provides below the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter, the “Privacy Code”) and pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter, the “Regulation”, the Regulation and the Privacy Code are together referred to as the “Applicable Legislation”).

The Data Controller reserves the right to appoint a web agency or consultant as the Data Processor of the personal data managed for the purposes of technical support, maintenance, technical management and the like of this Site, whose references may be communicated upon request to the above addresses. The Data Controller and the Data Processor also process Users' data through their own in-house appointees, who are specially appointed and provided with instructions for the proper processing of personal data, including orally.

Data could also be contributed voluntarily by the user or related parties. Data collected through the Email platform

For full information we specify that in sending email communications AQUA uses a compliant platform, which, through statistical tracking systems, allows to detect the opening of a message, the clicks made on hyperlinks contained within the email, from which IP address or with which type of browser the email is opened, and other similar details. The collection of such data is functional to the use of the platform and is an integral part of the functionality of the message delivery system.

The User can also easily object to further newsletter mailings by clicking on the appropriate consent revocation link, which is present in each email containing the newsletter. Once consent has been revoked, the Owner will send the User a message confirming that consent has been revoked.

3. Legal Basis of the Processing

The processing of personal data is based on the right to information, on the fulfillment of contractual obligations or social contact, or where necessary on consent through the free and informed completion of the appropriate information fields in the dedicated form.

4. Legitimate interest of the Data Controller

The processing of personal data is also based on the legitimate interest of the Controller, such as the exercise of its rights in the context of the information society, the performance of contractual performance and the implementation of direct marketing operations.

5. Obligatory nature of the transfer

The provision of navigation data by Users, for the above purposes, depends on the degree of privacy that the User has enabled or disabled through their browser. In some cases, disabling it may affect navigation on this Web Site. For certain modules of this Web Site, the provision of navigation data and/or the use of technical cookies is mandatory for the proper functioning of this Web Site.

The provision of certain own data is in any case necessary for the very structure of the Web Site and its procedures. Browsing and similar data (for which please refer to the above), as well as profiling cookies also from third parties (for which please refer to the Cookie Policy of this Website), which will be disclosed to the respective third parties concerned, where they do not handle them directly as Data Controllers.

7. Retention Period

10. Complaints

Profiling allows the Data Controller to assess certain personal aspects of the Data Subject relating in particular to his/her preferences, interests, tastes with reference to the products sold and the activities carried out by the Data Controller, in order to allow the Data Controller to offer the Data Subject a sales service more specific and targeted to his/her needs.
